What Qualifies as Defective or Damaged?
At Deals Club, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. A product is considered defective or damaged if it falls under the following categories:
Manufacturing Defects: Issues inherent in the product's design or production that cause it not to function as intended upon arrival.
Examples: Your receipt rolls print is not visible or coffee cup lids that does not fit at all.
Physical Damage Upon Arrival: Damage that occurred during shipping.
Examples: Containers that have been damaged significantly or broken handles on paper bags. Please report this immediately upon receiving your order and, if possible, provide photos of the packaging and the damaged product.
Significant Functional Issues: The product does not perform its core function as described.
Examples: Coffee cup lids does not fit on the coffee cup
Please Note: Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the functionality of the product may not be considered defects or damage eligible for a full refund. However, we will always assess each case fairly.
How We Handle Defective or Damaged Items:
We will typically offer a full refund to make the process as quick and convenient as possible for you.
For items with a significant number of defects (deemed unreasonable): We will arrange for a free replacement (carton/set, if applicable) to ensure you receive the product in the correct and working condition.

Deals Club Exchange Policy
We want you to love your Deals Club purchases! If you receive a wrong item, we're happy to exchange it for the correct one, provided the following conditions are met:
Eligibility: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, with all tags attached.
Timeframe: You have 14 days from the delivery date to request an exchange.
Process:
- Contact our Customer Service team at dealsclub@storehub.com or our Live Chat with your order number and details of the incorrect item received.
- Once we verify its details condition, we will ship the correct item to you.
- We will simultaneously pick up the item upon delivering the correct item to you.
Shipping: We will cover the shipping costs for the return of the wrong item and the shipment of the correct item.
Notes:
- If item is found to be used or at a different state as shown in the original photo at the time of pick up, we reserve the right to not perform the exchange
- If the correct item is unavailable, we will offer you a refund.
- This exchange policy applies only to items received that are different from what was ordered. For defective or damaged items, please refer to the What Qualifies as Defective or Damaged section above.
