We've updated how we calculate shipping charges β and we want to be upfront about it.
Starting now, shipping is no longer a flat RM5 per carton. Instead, charges are based on the actual weight of your order.
Why the Change?
The old flat rate didn't reflect reality. A single lightweight carton and a heavy bulk order were charged the same β which wasn't fair to either side. Weight-based pricing means you pay for what you actually ordered. Nothing more.

Quick example: An order weighing 25 kg = RM 9.50 + (15 x RM 0.80) = RM 21.50

A Few Things Worth Knowing
If you order light, occasional items β smaller orders under 10 kg will cost RM 9.50 to ship. That's a change from RM 5, but it reflects the actual courier cost we absorb on your behalf.
If you order in bulk β you're likely already hitting RM 800 per order. Apply FREEDEL at checkout and your delivery is on us.
If you're unsure about your order weight β every product listing includes the carton weight. Add up what's in your cart and refer to the table above.
