Shipping Policy
1. Where do you deliver to?
We currently deliver across Peninsular Malaysia (Johor, Kedah, Kelantan, Malacca, Negeri Sembilan, Pahang, Penang, Perak, Perlis, Selangor, Terengganu, Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya) only.
We don't deliver to Sabah & Sarawak yet.
2. How long does standard delivery take?
If you're located within the Klang Valley, you will receive your order within 3 business days.
If you're located outside of the Klang Valley and in West Malaysia, you will receive your order within 5 business days.
3. How much does delivery cost?
RM9.50 for orders up to 10kg. Above 10kg, add about 80 sen for each extra kilo.
You pay one delivery charge per order, worked out on the weight of the whole order. Ordering five things together costs one delivery charge, not five. Big orders work the same way. Delivery is worked out by weight at checkout, at any order size.
There is no minimum order and no free delivery at the moment.
4. When do I pay?
You pay when you place the order. We do not offer pay later.
5. Is there a pickup option available?
Yes, on request. Message us on WhatsApp before you order and we will arrange it.
6. What if I’ve set the wrong address?
Changes after placing an order are not allowed. Please review your order carefully before finalizing the transaction.
7. What if something arrives faulty?
Send us a photo or a short video within 48 hours of getting your order, to dealsclub@storehub.com or the live chat on this page. We will refund the faulty items or send replacements.
You do not need to post anything back. If we need the faulty stock back, we will arrange to collect it from you.
If you only spot it after 48 hours, still send a photo. We will still sort it out, but we choose whether it is a refund or a replacement.
8. What if you send the wrong thing?
Tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will exchange it for the right item. Keep it unused and in its original packaging until the swap is done. We cover the delivery both ways.
