At Deals Club, we've established direct connections with the biggest manufacturers in Malaysia, negotiating prices on behalf of our members.

By bypassing traditional layers of middlemen, we provide our members with prices usually reserved for bulk purchases by larger organizations.

This direct-to-business approach allows us to pass the savings directly to you, offering ultimate value and affordability without compromising on quality.

How do I place an order?

Choose the items you want, add them to your cart, proceed to checkout, fill in your shipping details, choose a payment method, and place your order. You should receive your order confirmation email in your inbox. 

If your business will be closed on a specific day, please indicate this during checkout so we can arrange delivery accordingly.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Changes after placing an order are not allowed. Please review your order carefully before finalizing the transaction.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards and bank transfers.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver across Peninsular Malaysia only.

How long does standard delivery take?

If you're located within the Klang Valley, you will receive your order within 2 business days.

If you're located outside of the Klang Valley, you will receive your order within 5 business days.

How much is shipping?

What is your return policy?

We currently do not offer a refunds or returns for orders. However, if you have received a faulty or damaged item, do send in video proof within 48 hours to or the live chat on this page. We will investigate and organise for a re-delivery of a new batch to you.
