Where do you deliver to?
We currently deliver across Peninsular Malaysia (Johor, Kedah, Kelantan, Malacca, Negeri Sembilan, Pahang, Penang, Perak, Perlis, Selangor, Terengganu, Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya) only.
We don't yet deliver to Sabah & Sarawak - but we're working on that!
How long does standard delivery take?
If you're located within the Klang Valley, you will receive your order within 3 business days.
If you're located outside of the Klang Valley and in West Malaysia, you will receive your order within 5 business days.
How much does standard delivery cost?
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the total weight of your items.
Is there a pickup option available?
No, pickup isn't availableΒ for now.
What if Iβve set the wrong address?
Changes after placing an order are not allowed. Please review your order carefully before finalizing the transaction.
Do you acceptΒ refunds and returns?
We currently do not offer refunds or returns for orders.
However, if you have received a faulty or damaged item, do send in video proof withinΒ 48 hours of receiving your order to dealsclub@storehub.com or the live chat on this page. We will investigate and organise for a re-delivery of a new batch to you.
