5 New Products Coming to Deals Club — Tell Us What Your Business Needs First

Most Malaysian F&B operators source from at least three or four different suppliers. One for cups. One for tissue. One for food boxes. Each with different MOQs, different lead times, and inconsistent quality batch to batch.

1. Kraft Paper Bowls & Presentation Trays

PP containers are fine for nasi campur. They are not the right vessel for a poke bowl, an açaí base, a salad kit, or anything you're charging RM18 and above for.

We're bringing in kraft paper bowls in six sizes — from 750ml up to 1300ml for salads, and 750ml to 1000ml rectangular for rice bowls and pasta — plus the Vista Series: square and rectangular paper trays in both kraft and white, each with a matching clear PET lid. The PET lids come in four sizes to fit across the range.

The kraft finish photographs well. The PET lid lets the food sell itself. For delivery operators going after the healthy-eating segment, this is the packaging upgrade that matches the menu.

2. Pizza Boxes & Burger Boxes

Corrugated kraft food boxes have been the most-requested addition since we launched. They're finally coming.

Pizza boxes in 9" and 12", burger boxes at 100mm x 100mm x 75mm. All kraft. Ventilation to prevent moisture buildup, structural enough to stack in a delivery bag without collapsing.

If you're running a burger concept, a cloud kitchen, or a pizzeria doing any volume on delivery — you already know what happens when you use the wrong box. The crust goes soft. The bun gets wet. The review reflects the packaging, not the food.

3. Drinkware Add-Ons: Sleeves, Cups & Lids

Three gaps in the current range that we're filling at once.

Cup sleeves — 8oz and 9/12/16oz. Adds RM0.08–0.12 per cup. Customers stop burning their fingers. Also a clean surface for branding if you ever go custom.

20oz PET cup with 95mm flat lid — for cold drinks and large-format orders. The 95mm diameter matches the flat lid and the leak-proof paper lid (120mm) already used on standard cups.

Leak-proof paper cup lid (120mm round) — a proper paper seal disc for takeaway cups. Reduces spills in transit without needing a full sealing machine.

4. Eco Straws & Wooden Stirrers

The plastic straw situation isn't going away. Customer expectations have shifted and some operators are already getting called out on social media for still using plastic.

We're bringing in two options for different use cases.

PLA straws — 12mm x 200mm, paper-wrapped individually, sharp end for bubble tea and thick drinks. Biodegradable. Looks and functions like plastic without being plastic.

Wooden stirrers — 140mm and 178mm, A-grade. For cafés doing hot drinks at the counter. Cleaner presentation than a plastic stirrer, cost comparable at carton volume.

5. Tissue, Napkins & Ready-Pack Cutlery

The last category but probably the one with the widest applicability across F&B and retail.

Tissue range — 1-ply and 2-ply interfold, M-fold junior and standard, 2-ply HBT facial tissue, pop-up tissues. If you're currently sourcing this from a wholesaler in inconsistent pack sizes, carton-level pricing from a single supplier makes more sense.

Ready-pack cutlery sets — one napkin, one 7" black fork, one 7" black spoon, prepacked together. Built for delivery operators who want to stop assembling cutlery packs manually. Consistent, presentable, one less thing to think about during rush hour.

Coming: 1-ply interfold (36gsm), 2-ply interfold, M-fold junior + standard, 2-ply HBT facial tissue, pop-up tissue, prepacked cutlery set (napkin + fork + spoon)
